Jeshoreshwari Kali Temple (যশোরেশ্বরী কালী মন্দির) located in Ishwaripur, Satkhira, is one of the 51 sacred Shaktipeeths. Tradition holds that the palms and soles of Devi Sati fell at this location. Originally constructed by a Brahmin named Anari in the 16th century and later expanded by Maharaja Pratapaditya, the temple sanctuary holds immense spiritual resonance for Shakta traditions in Bengal.
